Chapter 1: The Class and The Trade

It was a cold morning in November, and the gentle wind was seeping in through the classroom window. There were only five students in the college's English class. Outside, birds chirped and the sun was at its peak.

In the last row, a boy named Abdullah sat immersed in his laptop. He was a bit chubby, wore glasses, and had medium-length hair. At the front of the class sat Ahmed, a bright and intelligent student who was also Abdullah's best friend. On the left side, three friends, Tajamul, Kabir, and Usman, were laughing and watching funny videos on TikTok.

Suddenly, Mezan rushed into the classroom and said, "Hey, did you guys do today's assignment? The sir gave us a final warning!"

The three boys laughed. "Yeah, we did the assignment," Tajamul said, "but we have no idea what we wrote in it."

Ahmed turned to them and said, "I did my assignment honestly."

Tajamul teased him, "Wow, Ahmed! You're a real bookworm of our class." The three of them burst into laughter.

Abdullah was still busy on his laptop, as if he hadn't heard anything. Ahmed called out to him, "Abdullah, did you do it?"

Abdullah remained silent. This time, Tajamul tried to get his attention. "Hey Abdullah, did you hear? Bitcoin dropped even more today."

As soon as he heard this, Abdullah instantly closed his laptop. He looked at Tajamul with a mix of surprise and worry. "Are you serious?" he asked in a shaky voice.

The three boys started laughing again. "See, Ahmed?" Tajamul said, "He only pays attention when you talk about trading."

Kabir joined in, "Ahmed is the bookworm, and Abdullah is the trading termite!"

Everyone laughed loudly, except for Abdullah. He gave a small smile and said, "You guys wouldn't understand."

Chapter 2: The Assignment Crisis

Ahmed asked Abdullah again, "Abdullah, seriously, did you do the assignment?"

Abdullah seemed to snap out of a trance. "Which assignment?"

The three boys laughed again. Ahmed reminded him, "The one sir gave us last week. The deadline is today. Didn't you do it?"

"Oh no," Abdullah said, scratching his head. "I haven't even started the research."

Usman laughed and said, "Abdullah, you're our boss!" And the three of them laughed again.

Just then, Zafar ran into the room and yelled, "Get ready! Sir is here! He's in the office and will be here in a few minutes!"

Hearing this, Abdullah's face turned pale. Ahmed tried to calm him down, "Don't worry, Abdullah."

Mezan turned to Ahmed and said, "He has every right to be worried. He's skipped a lot of assignments before. If he doesn't get this one checked, sir will kick him out of college."

Abdullah got even more scared. His hands started to shake, and he began to sweat. Seeing his friend's panic, Ahmed fell silent.

Sir entered the classroom, giving off a dark, villain-like vibe. He first called Ahmed to his desk. Ahmed checked his bag and said, "Sir, I can't find my register."

Sir trusted Ahmed because he was an honest and bright student. Sir told him, "You keep looking, I'll check the others' assignments."

First, Sir checked Tajamul's assignment. After a few pages, on the fifth page, it read: "We are a living nation. Loe to patesa lainlan to pastisa." Sir looked at Tajamul with a strange expression, and the whole class burst into laughter. Sir threw the copy at him and said, "Get out and finish this properly."

Next was Kabir's assignment. His copy read: "I will not give up on love, even if it costs my life. My heart wants to study, but I'm bound by a principle that listening to the heart is the beginning of ruin. That's why my heart doesn't listen to me, and I don't listen to my heart." The class laughed again, and Abdullah gave a slight smile.

Finally, it was Usman's turn. On the first page of his copy was written: "Donkeys work hard, and I am a human being. #BabaGujranwala."

Sir angrily threw the copy at his face. Then he asked Mehmood and Saleem if they had done the assignment. When they said no, Sir kicked them out of the classroom.

Chapter 3: The Ultimate Test

Only Ahmed, Abdullah, and Mezan were left. Sir called Mezan to check his assignment. Meanwhile, Ahmed asked Sir, "Sir, can I check everyone's bags? Maybe my register fell into someone else's by mistake."

Sir allowed him. Ahmed first checked Zubair's bag, who asked him, "Why are you doing this? You've already done your assignment." Ahmed quietly asked him to be silent. He then checked the bags of Tajamul, Kabir, and Usman, who all looked at him with surprise.

Finally, Ahmed came to Abdullah. He checked his bag and carefully slipped his own register inside.

"Yaar, what are you doing?" Abdullah whispered. "Don't do this. Don't ruin your reputation for me."

Ahmed replied, "Abdullah, if you don't get your assignment checked today, you'll be kicked out of college, and that's not good. Please, just this once."

Abdullah looked at his friend with surprise and affection. Sir asked Ahmed, "Did you find your copy?"

"No, Sir," Ahmed replied. Sir's suspicion grew. He moved on. When he checked Abdullah's assignment, he praised it, "You wrote a good copy." Then the bell rang and sir left.

As soon as he was gone, Abdullah hugged Ahmed and said, "Thank you and I'm sorry."

Ahmed hugged him back and said, "It's nothing. You're my friend."

Tajamul came up to Ahmed and said, "Ahmed, you're an amazing friend!"

Meanwhile, Mehmood and Saleem, who had been kicked out, were filled with anger and jealousy towards Abdullah. When they found out he wasn't expelled, they were furious.

"This can't go on," Mehmood said. "Abdullah can't stay in this college any longer."

Saleem added, "We won't let him study here ever again."
